What Is Nomindfulness

Nomindfulness Yoga brings back the original ancient yogic purpose to be actualized by anyone in this day and age

Yoga Means Union.

Union of What?

The goal of yoga is to rejoin you, a misperceived idea of a separate entity, with the rest of Creation. This goal ends with a knowing. That knowing is certain and without any doubts – without doubts about the true nature of Reality, and indeed of You.

By combining the precepts of ancient seers and yogis, Nomindfulness™ Yoga returns to the very roots of why yoga was born.

The physical aspects of yoga are only a very shallow reflection of the depths that yoga can take you. The mental aspects of yoga, if practiced diligently, can put you in a mindful state – but what is beyond this state? Even in the mindful states, perception and reality are not revealed and resolved. It is only in the state beyond the mind-states that resolution is truly achieved. If something has to be said about states of mind, it is that an effortless state of mind is the natural way of life and your birth right to realize it. That state is one of no mind – and that is the goal of Nomindfulness™ Yoga.
